QZ9000 Series - Industrial Crane and Hoist Inverter
Product Introduction
- Professional Brake Sequence Control
It outputs the brake release command based on the VFD's internal frequency, output current and torque magnitude. The holding brake is released only when the required torque is maintained to keep the load stable during start-up and shutdown, ensuring smooth start and stop without hook slippage and preventing load drop.
- Travel Limit Control Function
Limit sensor inputs prevent hook overtravel and excessive hoisting.
- Adaptive Light-Load Speed-Up
The light-load speed-up function allows the drive to operate at the optimal speed matched to the actual load. It permits automatic speed increase under light load conditions to improve efficiency, eliminating the need for an auxiliary hook and shortening the operating cycle of cranes with long lifting heights.
- Intelligent Anti-Sway Function
The drive features a built-in anti-sway function that suppresses load swing during transverse travel. Since the load remains steady without sway, it can be lowered at a faster speed, thus helping to shorten the operating cycle.
- Synchronization Control Function
High-precision control is implemented based on the mechanical operating status to achieve stable travel and operation. This function also ensures load balancing among multiple inverters, and closed-loop synchronization control can eliminate position deviation during simultaneous lifting by two hoists.
- Parameter Macro Function
A function that selects the application based on crane operations. Simply select applications such as hoisting, gantry travel or trolley travel, and the required and non-required functions will be automatically enabled or disabled. It allows easy configuration of the optimal parameters for different applications.
- Rope Length Detection Function
The inverter alone can display hook height information in the operator’s cab. When the wire rope reaches the set length, the hoisting and lowering speeds will be reduced to prevent collision with the hoisting drum.
- Rapid Deceleration Function
A rapid stop command input via terminals enables rapid deceleration near the target position.
- Load Holding Function
Zero-speed control is applied to maintain the load at the current position during stop. The holding brake is engaged only after stabilization is achieved. (Valid in closed-loop mode)
- Overload Detection Function
When the load exceeds the preset upper limit, the inverter operation will be restricted.Alarm display and hoisting device shutdown can be configured to prevent hazards caused by overload operation.
- Maintenance Reminder
It counts the number of brake command cycles. This data can be used as reference for brake maintenance such as system inspections and component replacement.
- Over-Torque Detection Function
Detects the rise in torque when the load accidentally contacts other objects. The motor will automatically stop in such cases to prevent accidents and improve safety.
- Auto-Tuning of Motor Parameters
It can accurately identify asynchronous induction motors and realize high-performance vector control. It supports precise tuning of motor parameters for long-distance power cables even under loaded conditions, and can automatically detect the encoder signal direction when an encoder is applied, thus simplifying the commissioning process.
- Brake Failure Detection
When the holding brake is activated, the encoder monitors whether the brake has failed. If a failure is detected, the inverter automatically starts to maintain torque, preventing accidents. (Valid in closed-loop mode)
