Product Introduction

The ZX300 series PLC is a small-sized PLC system launched by ZONCN Technology in response to market demands. Its design is compatible with the Mitsubishi FX3U series. Equipped with the self-developed Zx Works programming system, it supports ladder diagram and pulse instruction programming. It is mainly applied to general logic control, and when combined with our company's frequency inverters and pulse servos, it can realize logic control and simple motion control. It supports the Modbus RTU communication method, and can connect to slaves such as sensors and frequency inverters via the Modbus bus protocol, enabling data interaction with HMI.

Features

Diversified input and output configurations

·The Series 301 supports up to 4 channels of high-speed pulse output, 4 channels of single-phase high-speed input counting, or 1 channel of AB-phase + 2 channels of single-phase high-speed counting.

·The Series 305 supports up to 5 channels of high-speed pulse output, with the first 2 channels at 200KHz and the latter 3 channels at 100KHz; it also supports 2 channels of AB-phase high-speed counting or 3 channels of single-phase high-speed counting.

Rich storage & communication

·64,000 steps of program storage units and 16K of power failure retention data, meeting the requirements of most logic control scenarios.

·RS232 communication port: Supports Modbus RTU master-slave communication; enables downloading and monitoring of user programs.

·RS485 communication port: Supports Modbus RTU master-slave communication; Models ZX305 and ZX351 support downloading and monitoring of programs via 485.

·Type-C Port: Supports Type-C download & monitor of user programs.

User-friendly programming platform

·Self-developed programming environment ZX Works, featuring easy operation and convenient programming (Under development, to be supported in subsequent releases).

·Compatible with Mitsubishi's programming software, it enables seamless program migration, and features programming instructions similar to those of most small-sized PLCs

Flexible expansion modules

·Models ZX301 and ZX305 support two types of expansion modules: the X10 Series and the E10 Series; Model ZX305 additionally supports the E15 Series of expansion modules.

·Model ZX301 supports up to 12 X10 Series expansion modules and 1 E10 Series expansion module (the E10 Series module must be connected to the first slot on the right); Model ZX305 supports up to either 1 E15 Series expansion module (the E15 Series module must be connected to the first slot on the right) or 1 E10 Series expansion module (the E10 Series module must be connected to the first slot on the right).
